I can't sign in

MatchMode signs you in with your phone number and a one-time code. If the code doesn't arrive, wait a minute, tap Resend code, and check your number includes the country code.

I paid but it still says unpaid

Open the game and tap I've paid. Your organizer gets a notification and confirms it.

My link or QR code doesn't open the game

Make sure MatchMode is installed and up to date, then tap the link again or scan the code with your camera.

I need to leave or cancel a game

Open the game and scroll to the bottom: Leave game for players, Cancel game for organizers.

Someone is being abusive

Long-press their message or open their profile and tap ••• to report or block them. We review every report within 24 hours.

Delete my account

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your profile, messages and photo are deleted straight away.
